Ideal for trustees, management and finance staff, this session will give you an overview of the information held within the Statement of Financial Activities and the Balance Sheet.
Through a combination of presentations and discussion, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to identify and understand the Statement of Financial Activities and Balance Sheet.
By the end of this session, you will:
· Have an entry level understanding of the financial statements.
· Know where to locate figures related to income and expenditure for a given year.
· Understand the elements of the Balance Sheet and their meaning.
· Feel able to explain to others what the financial statements mean.
